What is a Challenge Snapshot?
Once a Challenge ends, we have a "snapshot" period (called the Snapshot Time) during which we confirm which users completed the Challenge. This generally takes a few hours. While the Snapshot Time is in progress, we urge collectors to continue to hold onto Moments needed for the Challenge requirements. Buying packs is one way to get Moments. A pack contains multiple Moments. What types of packs are there? There are 3 Tiers of packs, and this determines what Moments are in the pack. Legendary packs will have at least 1 Legendary Moment (among other Moments) in each pack. Rare packs will have 1 Rare Moment (among other Moments) in each pack. In order to get packs, before a Pack Drop goes live, you must enter a Queue. 30 minutes before the Pack Drop goes live, a "ENTER WAITING ROOM" button will appear on the page of the corresponding pack. Clicking this button will take you the Waiting Room page. This is where you will wait to receive your number in the Queue. Users numbers' in the Queue will be randomly assigned.
