I just purchased a Moment, but I don't see it in my Collection.

It takes a bit of time for the Moment you purchased from the Marketplace to show up in your Collection page. It'll take longer especially when the site is under heavy traffic or during maintenance.

You can confirm whether or not the Marketplace transaction was completely successfully by checking the purchase history in the Activity tab. You can also check your email. If your transaction was successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with an Order # to confirm that the purchase has been completed.
