About the Animation Problem when Opening Packs

Some devices with certain drivers or GPUs may experience problems during the animation when opening the pack. In this case, please use Google Chrome and turn off the hardware acceleration and try again.

You may go to Google Chrome’s Settings > System > Turn off “Use hardware acceleration when available”
